Waushara County Animal Shelter fully understands and sympathizes with the fact that the decision to surrender a pet is never simple or easy.

We accept surrenders of dogs and cats from those who reside inside Waushara County on an appointment, case-by-case basis.

If you are interested in using the services of WCAS to relinquish your pet, please fill out the questionnaire below. Be sure to provide detailed, true information on your pet’s behaviors and lifestyle questions. After completing the questionnaire, our shelter coordinator will contact you in 48-72 hours. If you are in an emergency where immediate action needs to be taken, please first fill out the questionnaire and then call us at (920) 279-9795 to request assistance.
